Rental Costs

May - £200 per week
June – August - £320 per week
1st two weeks in September - £250 per week
Last two weeks in September and October - £200 per week.
Longer term winter lets - £350 per month + £25 per week fuel charge (gas and electric).

Optional extras

All rooms have air conditioning and this can be used for a weekly charge of £20.
 
Mid stay cleaning service available at a cost of £20 per visit. You choose how often you would like this and this service consists of linen changes, floors cleaned, bins emptied, etc. This would be ideal for those who wish only to relax on holiday.
